This friendly and interactive cookery session will teach you how to make delicious, nutritious, low-oil and dairy-free versions of traditional Punjabi meals. Most of the items taught will be naturally gluten-free too. The class is run by Nishma, Chef and Founder of Shambhu's, a vegan food company. There will be plenty of opportunity to watch closely, take notes and ask Nishma questions throughout the class. By the end of the session you should be able to make authentic and healthy Punjabi dishes yourself at home. Printed recipes for the items taught will also be provided. Tickets cost £50 per person.
