This two day workshop will teach you awareness through vegan nutrition, yoga and emotional intelligence, to help create a happier, healthier you.
Through yoga practice, discussions, and planned exercises, participants will learn about:
- Healthy and kind food options.
- Implementing mindfulness in daily life.
- Integrating simple yoga and meditation techniques in a busy life schedule.
- Interconnectedness and how we can affect positive change in ourselves as well as in the world.
