Alpro Soya No Sugars drink is paired up with oat breakfast biscuits, fruit, nut butter and seeds to produce this tasty 100% plant-based breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 oat breakfast biscuits, crushed
- 180ml Alpro Soya No Sugars drink*
- Fresh seasonal fruit e.g. ½ banana (sliced) and a small handful 40g berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp almond butter (optional)
Method
- Place the oat breakfast biscuits, 1 tsp chia seeds and 1 tsp of almond butter in a jar or bowl. Pour the Alpro Soya No Sugars drink over the mixture and mix together. Cover and store overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning, remove from the fridge and top with a dollop of Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt and fruit. Sprinkle with chia seeds and a drizzle of almond butter if you wish. Breakfast is done!
