Ingredients
- 250ml Alpro Almond No Sugars drink*
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 small banana, peeled
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Method
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Serve chilled
