Ingredients
- 1 small apple, grated
- 1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
- 2 tbsp nuts
- 3 tbsp oats
- Soya, oat or rice milk to taste
- Soya yoghurt - optional
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
- If you want a sweeter taste try adding more dried fruit rather than any sugar. You can, of course, use other fresh fruit such as chopped strawberries or raspberries when in season.
