This is great for anyone trying to cut back on processed foods - and as you would expect from this section, is super fast to make too. You'll be bursting with energy after this healthy brekkie.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
  • 2 tbsp nuts
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • Soya, oat or rice milk to taste
  • Soya yoghurt - optional

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
  2. If you want a sweeter taste try adding more dried fruit rather than any sugar. You can, of course, use other fresh fruit such as chopped strawberries or raspberries when in season.
