Roasted balsamic tomatoes

» Roasted balsamic tomatoes

Quick, inexpensive and easy.

Ingredients

  • Vine of Tomatoes (or individual tomatoes)
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Method

  1. Place the tomatoes on a baking tray with edges (so the oil, juices and vinegar doesn't run off)
  2. Sprinkle with oil and balsamic vinegar 
  3. Cook in the oven at 200'c for 15 minutes (or until wrinkly and cooked)
