These vegan, sugar-free and festive energy bites are packed with nuts, thandai flavours and a colourful Holi touch.

Ingredients
- 75 grams (½ cup) almonds
- 75 grams (½ cup) walnuts
- 75 grams (½ cup) pumpkin seeds
- 40 grams (⅓ cup) desiccated coconut
- 10 Medjool dates,pitted
- 80 grams (⅓ cup) almond butter
- 1 tsp thandai powder (or cardamom powder)
- 1 tsp rose water
Coating options: Cocoa powder, crushed pistachios, desiccated coconut or crushed rose petals
Method
- Blend nuts, seeds and coconut until crumbly.
- Add dates, almond butter, thandai (or cardamom) powder and rose water. Blend until it forms a dough.
- Roll into small balls and coat with your favourite toppings. Enjoy these colourful, energy-packed bites! Refrigerate them for up to a week.
