Cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 450ml (2 cups) coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder or brewed coffee
- 30 grams (¼ cup) chopped vegan dark chocolate
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp orange zest
- 2 tsp agar agar powder
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan and simmer over low heat for 3–5 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into silicone moulds or pudding bowls.
- Set for 4 hours.
- Remove from the moulds, drizzle some molten chocolate and top with chopped berries and mint.
