If you make this soup nice and thick it'll be easier for little people to manage.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 stick celery
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 large tin tomatoes, chopped
  • 50g cabbage, finely chopped
  • 50g peas
  • 1 small tin haricot beans
  • 1l of vegetable stock
  • 75g dried pasta shapes

Method

  1. Fry onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Add celery and fry for a little longer. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer for 20 mins. Add pasta and simmer for a further 10 mins.

For babies aged 10+ months.
