I am getting in touch to say how fantastic it would be if you carried more vegan-friendly food options on your trains. There are a huge number of vegans in the UK, and this is only growing. That means a lot of customers are only left with a packet of crisps on a long journey!

Carrying soya milk for hot drinks as well as labelled vegan snacks and meal options would result in a lot of very happy customers. And, of course, it is not only vegans who buy vegan food. These options would also be popular with vegetarians as well as people who are health conscious, eco conscious or just looking for something new to try.

However, there are a couple of changes you could make to improve your menu further. Offering soya milk for hot drinks, and labelling the vegan snacks on your menu would result in a lot of happy customers.
