Chorlton - a vegan paradise
Vegan Organic Network (VON), a partner of The Vegan Society, is hosting the Manchester Vegan Fair this May, taking place in Chorlton, Manchester. Offering a free goody bag to the first 100 visitors and costing only £1 with free entry for kids, it looks to be a promising day out.
On offer there will be 60 stalls featuring: fine vegan food and produce; live music and poetry; films, talks and workshops; complementary therapies; circus and crafts and even vegan speed dating!
Chorlton is lucky enough to have three veggie whole food shops and the vegan supermarket Unicorn Grocery. With trams running every 12 minutes from Manchester city centre, it’s well worth visiting!
