If you're bored of your usual cereal or toast and jam for breakfast, why not give this a try - simply spoon the mushrooms over some hot toast for a warming start to the day.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 handful of mushrooms, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt to taste
- 1 heaped tsp tomato puree
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Add garlic, cook for a minute. Add the salt, tomato puree and cook for a further minute or two.
