Officers elected to The Vegan Society's council
Following the resignation of Alex Kapila as Chair on 15 September 2015, Acting Chair Edward Daniel was elected Chair at the council meeting on 21 November. Stephen Walsh was elected Vice Chair at the same meeting. Ruth Jenkins remains Treasurer, while Menna Jones remains Assistant Treasurer.
On 13 September 2015, council received a letter of resignation from Helen Wright. Council announced the resignation of Tim Barford as a Director and Trustee of The Vegan Society on 8 December 2015.
Council meetings are held approximately every two months. The 2016 AGM will take place in May, and further details will be announced nearer the time. To view our full list of trustees, follow this link.
