Senior CRM and Supporter Services Officer
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM and Supporter Services Officer to join our team, working remotely on a permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £31,586 – £37,035 per annum, depending on experience.
You will form part of our Supporter Services team within Communications, managing the administration of our members and supporters, with the Senior Coordinator providing line management for the team and leading on recruitment/retention of our members and administration and development of our new Dynamics CRM.
This will be a primarily remote working role, with the occasional day required in our Birmingham office to help with the administration of our memberships. The role will occasionally be required to represent The Vegan Society at events nationwide to promote our memberships and work.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the workload of the Supporter Services Coordinator (Membership) and the Supporter Services and Digital Content Assistant.
- Implement strategies to recruit and retain members.
- Administrate, manage and lead the development of the charity’s Dynamics CRM.
- Provide regular reports on membership and produce Gift Aid reports for HMRC.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of working in a membership organisation.
- Experience in line management.
- Experience in the administration of a membership CRM.
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
- Someone who follows a vegan lifestyle and is passionate about animal welfare, human and planetary health.
- An organised and enthusiastic team player with the skills and ability to work independently.

Salary and Hours
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role with a salary of £31,586–37,035 per annum.
