Dumplings
8oz/225g vegan margarine
1lb/450g plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
water as required
salt and pepper to taste
1. Rub margarine into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in baking powder than add enough water to make a soft dough.
2. Add to stews and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
