Articles of Association

The Articles of Association of a Company set down how it is managed and run. The Vegan Society is both a Charity, and a Company Limited by Guarantee. The Annual General Meeting can change the Articles of Association of The Vegan Society. The most recent changes were made at the 2010 AGM.
